Keep your ears open for buddies getting a new fridge. We were looking for one for the garage. Our buddy had an old one he was getting rid of, we picked it up. A week later my dad bought a new fridge so I helped him move it in and I grabbed his old one....now we have two in our garage.

I don't know a lot of other Canadian microbreweries. I love Beau's, Flying Monkeys and Muskoka, but it's not my fault if they aren't sold in Quebec. The law could change soon, though.

Yeah, that would be pretty cool. It would force the SAQ to be competitive. Lots of wines and liquors are a lot cheaper at LCBO. Wouldn't bother me to buy online from Ontario instead of getting raped at la SAQ.

Brasseurs Illimités had to DUMB DOWN their best IPA (Cascade) so the SAQ would sell it, for (frank) sake.

I was watching L'Épicerie this weekend because I'm a (frank)ing loser and they had a report on the SAQs buying practices.

It seems they regulate the selling price and tag the purchase price to it (not vice versa) so if they sell a particular bottle for $20 and they buy it at $15, if the supplier tells them they can now have it at $10, they will say "no, becasue we need to sell it at $20 so we will keep paying you $15.
