I think thats like 80% of what the Preds were sold for a few years ago.

I thought the offersheet was a dumb play. Preds could match it, Preds needed to match it merely for cap hit, and they did. Especially since they were apparently working on trades with Philly, Vancouver, NYR, and others. It would have gotten done. Not like training camp was 3 days away.
