If by homegrown Pilsner you mean iced cold can of Bud then I agree
- yemrots

I think i mean Western Canadas own, the Pride of Lethrbridge and the elixer of the true borns, Pilsner.

What other beer could have a picture of a nice little white rabbit and a redskin in his teepee on it.

actually it was a serious question.

Thinking about getting one but they take too long for the coals to be right. Still love the taste.

- yemrots

do it. my grill crapped out and we bought a webber charcoal. they dont take that long and there is so much you can do. just grill or make a bed of coals off to the side and slow cook away from direct heat. whatever you do the flavor is significantly better. for realsies.

I like homegrown Pilsner better then Urquell
- Oilhab

Can't wait to have a house with a cool basement or garage so I can brew my beer. Until then, Urquell will do.

the trick is to shuffle the coals around with your bare hand after they've been lit for about 5 minutes. helps them get hotter.

You won't regret it, has baskets for coal and uses propane to light coals.

Ashes collect in bottom pan and the built in lighter makes starting it a breeze.
Even has a storage compartment to keep coal dry, I personally like to throw in some wood coal (mesquite) quite yummy and worth the extra time.

That's what I want when my current BBQ dies.

Which should be, at the end of summer.
