I don't think we have to give sekera even...

I think with Sekera it is the better offer.. i think if it is Pysyk or Brennan instead they will think about it..

But is swapping out Ryan for Stafford THAT much of a improvement for our club??

Ryan is more consistent, better two way game, uses his big body..

but is more costly and has put up 30/30 stats with 2 GREAT linemates.. what is he gonna do with Ennis and Foligno? I bet no more than 50 pts..

Boston without Thomas is going to be completely different.. Rask was good from them in 09 but since then his confidence has plummeted. We shelled him twice last year..

Montreal is rebuilding.. Toronto still has no goaltender and are trying JVR at center. Ottawa is a solid team but I don't think they will keep up their pace from last year.. I see them taking a step back with the players they lost in UFA.

Hes certainly not average, but his contract and the fact hes never been to the playoffs really turned me off on any feelings towards getting him
