Visnovsky says that he had a NTC in his EDM contract.. and he did not use it when he was traded to ANA.. so therefore it should still be intact.

KHL is still an option in all of this as well.

After having been in that building for a game this year, I can absolutely understand why he wouldn't want to go there. The place is a complete dump. I felt like I stepped into a time machine walking in there it was so dated. Considering that I sat in the 2nd row, penalty box side, you would think the chair would be fairly comfortable. It wasn't. My seat in the 300 level at First Niagara is better.
