As of right now I believe Tallinder, Greene, and Fayne are the only NTC defenseman. Possibly Salvador. I don't remember if he got one or not.
He is a 35+ contract for the next 3 years though. - FLdevilsFAN
Volchenkov got one and i believe Sal didn't. I remember him saying like he believes the minute and organization doesn't want you anymore you should move on so i don't think he even asked for one.
