Well, the 1990’s All-Decade team engendered some good discussion. Here’s my 1980’s Team—and let’s all just bear in mind this is going way back into the archive.

A little trivia twist: there were four U.S.-born players on this team and one English born player. Can you name them?

Al Secord-Denis Savard-Steve Larmer
Ed Olczyk-Troy Murray- Steve Thomas
Curt Fraser-Tom Lysiak-Darryl Sutter
Rick Vaive-Dirk Graham-Brian Noonan

Doug Wilson-Keith Brown
Bob Murray-Behn Wilson
Jack O’Callahan-Trent Yawney

Murray Bannerman
Tony Esposito
