Just had an interesting discussion on the Rumorcast.
So make your case. Who would you rather sign?

Sorry for the delay, but here is what I have been working on...
Here is the rumor to top all rumors. Dany Heatley would be sent to LA. Vinny Lecavalier would be sent to Ottawa and The Lightning would get a lot in return. Several solid picks, Jack Johnson, and two big time prospects from Ottawa...Some names of which I was given off the record, so I need to talk to a few people first. Somehow in this deal as well a top scoring forward from the Flyers ends up in LA for the 5th overall pick..(pending the player is willing to waive a NTC)
I am going to do a major rumor update as well, but I just realized it is 2pm and I was on the phone so much today chasing this down that I hadn't posted it yet.
Again, this is just a rumor I am putting out there for discussion. It comes from three different sources who all had pieces of the same rumor. In talking to them I started to realize what was happening. Upon going back to talk to them with more information they realized that I knew more than they did about the whole picture.
I will report back later, and since this deal is so interesting to discuss I will hold a the first UFA RUMOURCAST PODCAST OF '09 today at 5pm.
ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! These next two weeks are going to be epic around here!
