It is starting already...Sources are hinting how much

The Maple Leafs really like Dylan Strome...and everyone knows this. The Arizona Coyotes sit currently at 3 and like Strome as well....but some are saying they like London's Mitch Marner...and Noah Hanifin, the top D prospect is sitting out there as well....

The Flyers really like Hanifin, but don't believe they will be able to grab him at 7...they are going to be aggressive I am told. (and yes I saw the one projection that came out today that says Hanifin could fall to the Flyers at 7...I am not buying it.

EVEN if you think Carolina will pass at 5, there is no way on this green earth that Lou Lamoriello would let another potential Scotty Neidermayer slip through his hands....not all the way down the Jersey Turnpike to exit 4 and Philly.

There are going to be more subplots in this draft than you can shake a Koho 221 at. I predict this draft will blow away the normal UFA Day and Trade Deadline combined on the excitement scale. The rumors are already ramping up in a huge way. We are likely going to see several days of ramp up and trades between the Cup being lifting and Connor McDavid lowering the Oilers logo over his head.

What are you willing to give up?
Do the Leafs need to move up to grab Strome?
Should the Flyers move up to snag Hanifin?

How much are you willing to pay?

We will discuss all this and more on the HockeyBuzzCast at 1 PM, followed by the cranky hockey radio show at 2:15 PM.

You can watch both shows below....
