Talking to sources around the NHL this morning and yesterday I continue to hear the Oilers are getting very aggressive in their hunt for a backup. Andrew Hammond's name has surfaced, but the one that I keep hearing is Flyers backup Michael Neuvirth...I have not heard the Flyers have considered moving Neuvirth, just that other teams in need of a backup, especially Edmonton are curious...

I have also heard the Penguins have interest in the Sharks backup Aaron Dell...still hearing the Sharks are interested in Rick Nash...
On Mike Green...
I have heard the Habs and Oilers are both gearing up and scouting Detroit's Mike Green...Green isn't available yet, per sources in Detroit... I have not heard the Leafs with interest in Green at this point...
On Tyson Barrie...
On the other hand, I have heard news that Barrie is a player the Maple Leafs are looking at...The Caps are also keeping tabs...

Matt Moulson is on waivers in Buffalo...Could Vegas have interest? Would the Islanders consider a trade if Buffalo retained salary? More on that to come....
