The issues with Nail Yakupov appear to be worsening and one Russian source I spoke to said the Hurricanes are a team to look to here... It is hard to imagine, beyond Justin Faulk, a player who could make this deal attractive to Edmonton...I have heard that Jake Gardiner's name arose when the Leafs were talking to Edmonton, but Toronto refused to go there...
