Rumors are intensifying and this is just the first of several blogs today....

Voynov....

A source told me just now.."If Slava Voynov is allowed back in the NHL, the Penguins would lead the charge..."

First, let me say this is very unlikely that he would be allowed back into the NHL, and even more unlikely that he'd be allowed back into the country to work...but this is the third time over the past two months that someone I trust has told me they are hearing Voynov connected to the Penguins...

Tavares and Vancouver...

Was just told by a source that Tavares has planned to visit with Vancouver during his five day window leading up to July 1. This doesn't mean he is going to sign there, but it is perhaps most interesting because this is the first team I have heard mentioned in a "Tavares visit" which implies Tavares DOES plan to let this go to July 1 and visit teams...
