We are officially in the "avoid arbitration season." According to a source, and reports, the Caps have agreed to a three year deal with Marcus Johansson...the Cap hit is right around 4.5 per year.

The interesting part of this deal as we look to the other approaching arbitration cases is the three year term. This could be a sign of things to come ....
