On Vermette:
This one kind of surprised me, but I am told Ottawa is jumping into the fray to possibly bring back Vermette. The Rangers and Jets are in this, while the Predators may be looking elsewhere.
On Tyler Myers:
Two schools of thought out there on Myers. We have all heard how the Sabres are not shopping him -- and they aren't -- however, they are listening and the sound is getting much louder. Loud enough that ignoring it becomes tricky and for a good first, second, and/or prospect Myers could be gone. Three teams right now...led by Detroit (e4)
On Kassian:
The Panthers are the team making the biggest pitch, and if it's true I have to say Dale Tallon knows what he is doing here. Kassian would be a huge addition to a team playing in their division. NJ and Boston are watching too...
