New Jersey Devils: CBC Adds Martin Brodeur To Panel |

While most New Jersey Devils players are taking time off or beginning to prepare for next season, Martin Brodeur is spending his time analyzing NHL playoffs. Or at least he will be.
Yesterday CBC announced that the Devils' starting netminder and future Hall of Famer will be joining CBC in studio starting Wednesday night during the Ottawa Senators - Pittsburgh Penguins broadcast.
Brodeur will join former teammate Kevin Weekes as well as the likes of Ron MacLean, PJ Stock, Elliotte Friedman and company to breakdown and analyze the games during intermissions.
As mentioned prior, Brodeur will join the panel as of Wednesday and will work with CBC broadcast's Thursday and Friday night as well.
Brodeur still has one year remaining on his contract with the Devils and may play another season after the contract, but this could potentially be a taste of things to come for Brodeur.
Given his knowledge, experience and humor, he could likely find a job in television quite easy after his NHL career is over should he decide to go that route. Of course, he would likely be able to stay in hockey in some capacity with the Devils should he want to.

Martin Brodeur eliminated James van Riemsdyk from the NHL14 cover voting and advanced to the final four. Brodeur is taking on Detroit Red Wings star, Pavel Datsyuk, in a matchup to advance for a spot in the Final. You can
