According to a source, and I LOVE this idea, the NHL and NHLPA have agreed that players and teams will be allowed to talk openly with each other for one week prior to July 1st.

Imagine what this means!

Players can visit cities and teams can meet players before noon on July 1 and BEFORE committing to millions of dollars and several years together.

I love it!
