Mckee and Hinote injured

Dan Hinote suffered a shoulder injury and Jay Mckee injured his hip flexor during Saturday's win over Los Angeles. Both players left the game early and did not return

They will be further examined by Blues doctors on Sunday. Hinote's shoulder is not considered serious. Mckee could play on Monday as well.

Goaltender Marek Schwarz returned to Peoria and Curtis Sanford will make the upcoming west coast trip.

You can squash the Jason Bacashihua to LA rumor by the way.

Matt Walker has started his conditioning stint in the AHL. Under the rules of the CBA he can't stay more than 14 days or play in more than five games whichever comes first. In his case he could play in five games before the two week period expires based on the busy Rivermen schedule.
