Anton Volchenkov - Peter Harrold

Notes: Martin Brodeur is expected to start...Eric Boulton, Cam Janssen and Adam Larsson are expected to sit...The Devils can clinch a playoff spot with a win or overtime/shootout loss.

Hurricanes to watch out for:

Eric Staal - After a horrible start to the season, Staal has produced at a very efficient rate all throughout the second half of the season. In his last seven games, he has nine points (5G, 4A).

Tuomo Ruutu - He has really struggled lately recording just three assists in his past 12 games.

Brian Boucher - He's making his first start of the season against the Devils, but historically he's done pretty well against them. How will he do today?

Devils to watch out for:

Adam Henrique - After a long streak in which he didn't produce very much offense, he's started to pick it up as of late. The rookie of the year candidate has three assists in his last two games.

Travis Zajac - He has played very well since returning, but he has only registered one point in three games. Is tonight the night he finally breaks out offensively?

Anton Volchenkov - For some reason 'A-Train' has produced offensively against the Hurricanes this season. In his three games against them he has tallied three assists.
