Jordan Staal, seen here, will play in his 400th NHL game Tuesday night. Staal left defenseman Matt Niskanen in the dust during this scoring rush Monday at practice.

Coach Dan Bylsma says that Marc-Andre Fleury sprawling out during the shootout, will start and everybody else on the team will be a game-time decision.

Evgeni Malkin, seen here, will continue his assault on the Art Ross Trophy against Carolina on Tuesday.

Twenty goals down and 20 to go for James Neal. I predicted 31 before the season and hope to be on the low side of his total.

He’s done a nice job, but with the health of the Penguins’ defensive corps improving by the day, Simon Despres may be the odd man out.

Matt Niskanen, seen here certainly won’t sit out.

Coach Bylsma ruled Paul Martin out for Tuesday.

Looks like Shea Weber and Simon Gagne are now out with concussions. The hits just keep on coming.
