NHL Draft Combine: Morning Tidbits |

The interviews continue for one last day before the players are made available to the media tonight. Testing begins tomorrow for two days. You can catch some live footage from the Combine on LeafsTV at 4 PM, both today and Friday. TSN is also doing a special 1 hour show on the Combine-- nothing too in depth.
Onto some tidbits...
• Zack Phillips won’t be participating in the bench press portion of the physical testing—still has some upper body soreness from the Memorial Cup.
• Ryan Strome met with Boston, Tampa, Columbus, Toronto, Edmonton, New Jersey, Phoenix and St. Louis yesterday.
• J.T. Miller has been booked for 26 teams in total. Of the four he won’t be interviewing with, all of them had personal meetings with him in Ann Arbor (where the US National Program is stationed) in the past few weeks. Tampa Bay, Edmonton, Anaheim, Vancouver, Montreal, Ottawa and Phoenix all on the docket for his day.
• Scott Mayfield is meeting with 22 teams total over his time in Toronto.
