Blues enforcer Cam Janssen will have a hearing with NHL Director of Hockey Operations Colin Campbell to discuss the hit that knocked Capitals forward Matt Bradley out of Saturday's game.

The hearing will not occur until Janssen returns from a pre-planned vacation as the Olympic break is underway.

Janssen could face a multiple game suspension since he is considered a repeat offender. Back in 2007 the league handed Janssen a three game suspension following a hit on Toronto D-man Tomas Kaberle. Janssen was with the New Jersey Devils at the time.

The hit on Bradley occurred during the first period of the Blues shootout victory over Washington Saturday night in St. Louis.

On the replay it appears Janssen got Bradley late with his shoulder as the elbow came up high after the initial contact was made.

Janssen was given a game misconduct and tossed for the remainder of the game.

Bradley was helped off the ice and did not return.

More to come,
