My Take:

What can you do?

The New Jersey Devils started off 9-0-0 on the road and now are 0-1-1 in the last two road games. Not to fear, this is a little bump in the road for the first place Devils.

The Nashville Predators played a solid game and Pekka Rinne was outstanding.

It was good to see the debut of Tyler Eckford. Eckford was named the AHL Player of the Week for the period ending Nov. 15. Eckford had nine points (two goals, seven assists) and was plus-6 in three games for the Devils' affiliate.

Is this call up an evaluation to see the trade value of Paul Martin or Johnny Oduya?

The Devils take the road show to Dallas this Saturday.

Video of the Day: This is why Scott Niedermayer needs to come back to New Jersey!
