Changes vs. Devils; Schultz Honored

A healthy James van Riemsdyk was at the morning skate and is back in the lineup tonight against New Jersey.

He admitted to me it would have been a close call had the club been leaving on its West Coast trip over the weekend, given how flu-ridden he was. My guess is, he would not have gone on the team charter which leaves tonight after the Devils' game.

Okay, the bigger news: Claude Giroux will be moved off the wing and back to center. That means a new line for him. He will skate between Darroll Powe and Arron Asham.

That also catapults Mika Pyorala to Mike Richards' line on RW with Scott Hartnell on the left side.

Dave Schultz goes into Flyers' Hall of Fame tonight. Congrats to "The Hammer."
