Ray Emery?

This is one player who I feel is simply wrong for the Flyers. He has issues.

Yeah, they are saying he cleaned up his act over in Russia.

And then he comes back to North America and gets his license suspended and his Hummer impounded in yet, another incident on the Ottawa Queensway.

I don't care how good a goalie he was in Russia, I don't care if he won the Vodka Cup, he's wrong for the Flyers.

I talked to some people in and outside the Flyers organization and the interest is genuine. The Flyers are going to take some time here to "weight" the risk, which again, I feel is not worth the gamble.

BTW: Guess y'all watched the Penguins-Caps tonight ... is there anyone in the PHWA who didn't vote for Alex Ovechkin as MVP of the league this season? Single-handedly took over and won Game 2 for the Caps, forcing the Penguins now to go back to Pittsburgh and sweep both games there.
