The Penguins are getting very serious about acquiring a winger and it looks to be down to Erik Cole as the front runner. At least that according to three sources. Also hearing Gaborik and Prucha.

The Habs are closing in on a minor deal to set up a major deal according to some sources and the player heading to Montreal is a defenseman.

The Canucks have interest in Mark Recchi, Dominic Moore and Tim Connolly.

The Kaberle stuff with Buffalo gains nothing but momentum.
