I am hearing that today is the day the Fletcher is going to have the serious talk with Sundin as to waiving his No Trade Clause. That tells me that Cliff has a deal he likes, or he wouldn't have approached him....in my opinion.

On the Fedorov front, It is looking very good that he will be dealt and Ottawa is the front runner, but don't rule out Montreal.

Also hearing that there is growing interest for Ryan Suter in Nashville. Boston and Carolina are teams that I have heard tied to Suter today...I would expect that Buffalo and San Jose would also get involved..

I am trying to get my 30 teams and 30 thoughts blog done, but so far I have only been able to get the first three teams added due to an enormous amount of phone calls today..

Anaheim: Looking to something big and if they do it, it will be prior to the Tuesday. Very much in on Sundin and Blake. If they are to take Sundin it would require another non-rental player to get Edmonton's pick out of them.

Atlanta: Only a seller when it comes to Hossa. Beyond that they are buyers. If they can get Kessel it would be a perfect fit. They are right in the playoff hunt and making the playoffs is a higher priority than Hossa.

Boston: Silent until today on the rumour front, Hossa makes a ton of sense. They also need a d-man and have sights set on Liles or Suter out of Nashville.
