this was such a great moment 2 years ago when Ray Ferraro had to say "nevermind"

Great play by Kakko on the blueline to keep the puck in. That line in the 2022 playoffs was so good at keeping the puck in the zone, especially around the blueline on plays like that.
The 3rd line as it is currently constructed is also great at maintaining offensive zone pressure, they just don't have much finish. Hopefully Chytil can come back and infuse some offense into that line
So I can't respond to TJ with a picture of Wheeler making a funny face after TJ mentions the depth improvements where TJ mentions Wheeler by name.

I just know you've used the word "hate" several times when it comes to both Wheeler and Roslovic, so I wanted to know if you actually believe this team has as much forward depth as others believe that's all

Hartford Wolf Pack has not one but two 6-foot-8 goalies, Talyn Boykin and Hugo Ollas, on its roster. Not much room to shoot at behind Boyko at morning skate today
Just don't see Rempe in this series. 5-6min per isn't worth the one big hit and eventual crappy calls against him. Need to possess the puck more against Canes. Brods is better suited for that and if Chytil comes back...Ros or Brods can play 4th lne

it's hard to make an argument for Rempe playing in this series as much as I like him
you can't justify playing a guy who doesn't play 3rd periods or god forbid overtime in a series like this

Yup..Canes too skilled and fast. He will just get skated by and take too long to get back in play. Work on those edges big guy and find a way to get more minutes next season. Really rooting for him

oh yeah, one of big things to look forward to next season is continued development of Rempe, gonna be fun

I think the only way we see him is if there are more injuries or if there is a real lack of energy in any of these games I can see him getting inserted for a home game to try to energize the crowd/team in an environment where Lavy can control the matchups. Hopefully it doesn't come to that.
Defenseman - are very close, maybe slight edge Canes
Goalie - rangers have the advantage on paper
So it could come down to coaching which is also very close but I think Lavy has that edge slightly just because of a cup. But it’s awhile ago - Slimtj100
I think both teams are deep and are a great matchup. I just think Michael Russo doesn't know what top-heavy means

I think Lavi likes the flexibility of sitting Rempe and using his minutes to double shift one of his hot horses while still keeping the Rempe 5 minutes of havoc.

Assuming each team plays to its capabilities and no major injuries or anything, it's gonna just come down to timely goals and saves. Whoever gets the big goals when it matters will win.

yeah, I agree, and thats why I think despite the fact that we all tend to think they should play Brodzinki or Chytil, he's still gonna go with Rempe game 1

the choice might be strictly Chytil or Roslovic
I think Chytil and Kakko play well together- both like to battle in the corners- Thats my preference.

Agreed. I think he plays in game 1. If we lose, he switches it up, but if we keep winning, I don't see it.
