There's a difference between driving a Zamboni and designing one.

Clearly one only needs to be an inventor. No degree necessary lol

Lefty's different. He would flag down a Zamboni for a ride to a hot dog.
- golfingsince

Why cuz it moves faster than him on skates? Asking for a friend.

I’m probably more pleased with Vegas and their cap manipulating ways getting bounced than the leaves.

Yeah me too. I actually feel bad for Leafs fans. That ending last night was painful to watch.

Canucks in second round - a cause for celebration after being garbage for a while. Awesome news….or it should be….

But Leafs lose a night ago. I’m surprised they pushes a 7. Matthews/Willy bit playing at all or playing at far less than 100% all series and having the goalie issue with injury day or game against the Boston Bruins. If not like they had issue taking out Nashville or some team that barely made it and only did cause they went on an abbreviated heater at just the right time.

Leafs still preoccupying the Vancouver fanbase.

Classic - ya you guys aren’t obsessed at all eh!? Christ ha

They had the game for all of 90 seconds or so before it slipped away. If Woll was able to play, they probably win that game (not that Samsonov played poorly but Woll might have been able to stop that goal from Lindholm and/or Pasta)

Or reading a brochure on an electric car...

Then believing you are making a difference...

Right champ?

I like Woll but I'm not so sure they do. Samsonov was solid. That last goal was a string of lazy plays on the defensive side of the puck. Pasta had all the time in the world and a lane right across the slot.

Horrible back check by Nylander and Marner plus the D caught sleeping.

Doubt you see Marner back in TO or Keefe for that matter.

I'm happy for Tanev BTW. Good to see him succeeding out of that Flames debacle.

No it’s a TV thing. Leafs are doing locket clear outs and interviews.

The Oilers/Canucks Game 1 Round 2 - can’t compete with the Leafs players interviews. It’s about viewership right - so they figured they’d push it.

lol well played. Figured it was a re-evaluation of the Jays and Raptors maybe in a 30/30 format. Gotta get that TO shat in. Plus the Leafs apologies.

But I just saw Pearl Jam was scheduled in Van on May 6th so they need 24 hours for a takedown and another 1/2 day to get the ice back ready. So makes sense on the 8th.

The time off benefits the Canucks more than the Oilers since I think the Canucks have more players playing hurt than Edmonton does and maybe puts Demko close to being ready to back up Silovs for Game 1 and take over if he falters in Game 2.

Yep agree. Canucks need the rest. Longer the wait the better Demko can get. Hopefully lol.

One of our problems in here is we watch all games & banter about many teams. Something those out east cannot fathom. So great to watch hockey & not have to read about it or wait for highlights after the who cares talking heads spew.

Just a guess I predict at least a week away before Demko is ready. Say around game 4 or so. Earliest 3.

Great. Extra rest time for the Canucks to heal while you're enjoying the annual core 4 excusefest.

I don’t have any emotional attachment to Leafs or Core 4. I like watching the Leafs play after Wings and before any other team - but I certainly don’t and won’t lose sleep over the Leafs getting bounced.

Family and friends are a bit frustrated - but not like so crack and burn down the City type of frustrated.

I have absolutely no clue what this means. I’m assuming it’s akin to the NFU thing that happens around here - word folks in here man. Talk in rhyme time, obscene and rather unhealthy use of emojis and gifs vs words like big boys.
