Iimo the hawks have a ton of prospects so that type of deal wouldn't interest them. Draft picks all them t have guys 2 or 3 yrs younger then your proposal. Just my thought though. If not I presume it would take Percy and another prospect of his or great value. Finn/Ashton/etc

Hey Mike... I missed this last summer... Why do you think the Eddie O trade was so bad.... Vaive was nearing the end... and Eddie O was awesome for 3 years then we traded him for Ellett who was one of the top D on our gilmour led conference final teams . Thomas was good but inconsistent. I am not saying we won the trade but 8th worse move seems harsh......

Bringing Punch Imlach back and letting him dismantle a team that was on the cusp, because of his personal vendetta.

barr none it ruined the Leafs for a decade and contributed to a large number of these poor deals listed here

the hawks had to move either him or Sharp do to cap hell. They would not have moved him if they didn't have too. Burke just gave up to early

Give them time before you imply that they weren't good picks. Stalberg is in/nearing his prime and is nothing special. Versteeg was an idiot and had to be traded, we got a solid return for him. Your constant act of bashing players that the Leafs get and complementing players that the Leafs trade away is getting really old.

I guess we have different definitions of "special". Funny how I don't remember you having any positive opinions on Stalberg when he was with the Leafs. Why does it have to always be about making the Leafs look as bad as possible? You're not very good at being realistic, your pessimistic approach has ended up making you look foolish a countless number of times (over crediting Tlusty,Pogge,etc because the Leafs traded them away). I'm sure Stalberg won't be asking for a raise if he hits 20 again this year.....

he used to sing Stajan's praises too. The list of players he cried over that turned into crap is endless.
