This has been the crappiest off season I've experienced in sometime. Just a bunch of BLAH all around the league. The Blackhawks inactivity has been excruciatingly painful. But I hold out hope for something..................................

Can you imagine the glorious sight of the Hawks eliminating the Canucks with Lu in net or the Hawks winning the Cup again with Lu in net ?? Vancouver would fall off the map forever.

I do agree with the overall premise that the Hawks didnt magically wipe away all the hardship from the dark years, but your last sentence reminds me of Hollywood reporting where every marketing, distribution etc companies are completely separate entities so movies like Lord of the Rings etc haven't officially made any profits either.
