All this NONSENSE about Brandon Saad making the top 6, much less at center, is just insane and embarrassing. And there are people in the organization who see it that way.

IMO what separates you from almost all other writers/bloggers that follow the Hawks is you will call it as you see it, without being a flamer looking for hits. A reader can get x's and o's analysis everywhere, but not honest reporting.
Your calling out Kane solidified me as a reader. None were doing so that had the power of the pen, although many fans did. You did so and took some heat for it. Now read your blog and most every poster has 37 trade scenarios for Kane..... Culture change due to the light of truth being shone, and the fan is better off for it.
After the Hawks play a THIRD consecutive year of dog hockey I'll come to this blog everyday looking for the blog entitled, "Rocky, All Of This Has Happened Under Your Watch". And then read a detailed chronological account of Rocky's enabling of the fall of this mighty franchise since 2010.
Rocky can't see that a PR guy anywhere in the same zip code as hockey decision making people is ludicrous?
Rocky can't see that nepotism doesn't ever work and especially so in a competitive enviornment like the NHL? That a kid who earned his stripes in a classroom and not in 2,000 seat arenas in far away places won't be able to understand the nuances of a difficult sport like hockey?
Rocky can't see that his coach won't play the players he's given, and worse yet instead grind the few good players he has into dust? He can't see the coach has zero respect for the GM?
Rocky can't see that his coach is so unhappy with his team that only 2-3 players know what their position and role is. That he'd rather have the 28th ranked special teams than except coaching help?
Rocky can't see that this team in two years has played a couple handful of complete 60 minute games?
Rocky can't see that if ANY team plays with will and determination they will beat his Hawks. That they are the softest team in the league and have been for two years.
Rocky can't see that nothing has changed since the cup winning goal by Kane and as a result the outcomes won't either?
Rocky can't see he has allowed layer upon layer of beaurocracy to paralyze and create divisions/camps throughout his organization?
I don't blame people for their shortcomings, but I do blame people who allow those shortcomings to affect success.
It's not StanBows fault he's over matched. It's not ScottBows fault he'll do what he has to to see his son employed. It's not McD fault he's an egomaniac narcassist of the highest order. ..... It's Rocky's fault for enabling them.
Rocky has put a 300lb man in centerfield and watched him chase balls to the wall for two years, and is doing it again for a 3rd...... Just as Kane was called out, the time is nearing to do the same with Rocky.
