Tonight's your chance to wrap it up, with no Giroux for the Flyers...but selfishly I want this series to go longer for obvious reasons. - B2B76
Winning it in Philly would be awesome. Can't give them a chance to regroup either. A short series will be huge because I get the feeling the ECF will be a battle and draining physically for both teams.

I think NJ closes it out tonight, Brodeur is playing some great hockey right now. Devils are out working the flyer forwards to every puck and winning every battle. NJ wins 4-3 in OT - fudd1689
i just hope we close it out tonight, dont want to leave the door open

I didn't realize you fellas won 4 games already? Are the players in your locker room look past their current objective just like you? Rookie mistake. You need one more win and I guarantee it will take the best performance of the season from you.

Relax, I didn't say it was over. I hate both the Flyers & Devs so I want them to beat each other up & IF we move on to face them it could help.

I hope so but ya never know. The flyers owe us one, and they did come back on Boston 2 years ago. It aint over until the handshakes. Still traumatized from the Carolina incident a couple years back.

This is the playoffs. I don't see anything as someone owing anything. You earn your wins simple as that. With or without Giroux we can't give the Flyers any chance.

it is clear he did, no one is saying he didnt
but what i believe people are saying is that it warranted 4mins and that is all, it wasnt a forcefull enough swing that would cause injury (other than cosmetic-blood) and it wasnt like he did it intentionally or anything
what was called on the ice is the only thing that should come out of this - dmarsden2988
At this point i think L.As gonna win the cup... It could still be any of the 4 teams from the east in the finals, can count philly or caps out. Philly vs L.A would be epic... I allways thought Rangers would make the final, but they have been playing so poorly to there ability so i almost want Washington who have been playing as a team to win. New Jersey is really playing well though, they deserve credit, New Jersey and the Rangers really barely squeaked by in my books.
I have to say i think L.A vs Caps could be a really nice Stanley cup final.. And obviously Philly vs L.A would be a good one to watch as Carter and Richards look for revenge. I feel like i wanna see Ovi in a cup final though, or even Broudeur, im happy with any outcome as of now.. All teams are fairly even except Phoenix who could be the hardest team to beat and are great at winning games where they are outplayed.
