I heard JP Parise was with Toronto...is that not true? I might be wrong. I commented on Komi's NMC, but after giving Grabo an undeserving 5.5, I feel he could've left an NTC of any kind out of it. He played hardball with Kulemin after 30 goals, he didn't play anything with Grabovski and his camp. Makes me think MLSE told Burke re-sign Grabovski or you're fired.

Don't you see that Grabo had Burke by the balls, and squeezed? We are dying down the middle, and there is virtually no one UFA available this summer. We could have gotten a first rounder for Grabo, yes, but that would be a 3 year project. Does Burke have 3 years to wait? No facking way. Grabo basically took Burke to the woodshed, named his price, and had his way with him. Do I agree with the contract? No facking way, but Burke, imho, is in total desperation mode now.
