I'm not comfortable with him either... not defensively at least. He is pretty slow.. and not nearly smart enough to compensate for it yet.

Love his physicality and shot... but still a bit soon. I thought Alberts was playing well... and when used properly is competent enough... maybe 12-14 minutes in a game. But AV doesn't know how to use guys properly.. I still want some insurance and guys who can fill a void if need be. Just minor changes.

Neither am I, but at least you can pair him with Tanev and they're used to playing together. That does count for something and their styles complement each other. I think they'll both make the squad out of camp next season.

I'm not even sure who I want to target anymore on D. There is really nobody out there that I find overly appealing. Maybe RC is right and Allen is the way to go.

I actually hate Lapierre lol. He's like the only Canuck I flat out hate. I can understand people's cases for liking him because I know some nights he looks like the only guy with energy and physicality....but still. I can't get over it and it probably has something to do with the fact I hated him on the Canadiens and they're my 30th ranked favourite team too.
