They need to work as hard as their co-tenant in the UC: always play hard, selflessly, tough, tough defense all the time - or their coach will go second team throughout the fourth quarter, or call time out with a 20 point lead and a couple minutes left in the game.

Good comparison. Some other parallels, if you will: players all buy into a system built on D. Thibs has a ton of size to play his defensive style---not world-beaters but guys who fill roles like Asik, Gibson and Brewer. Their superstar is a bit more offensively dynamic than the Hawks' thouh.
