Ran the numbers. If one of Lombo, Army, or MacA is removed(Mac would be my choice... can get the most for him) then signing Grabo to 4-4.5 won't pose a problem... for next year, anyways.

it was a far better site for bands however.. but it got absurd.. with high speed internet it was taking minutes to load people's pages with all the glitter crap and thousands of pictures they dropped in using html

It all makes sense when you realize how old all these guys were at the time.....I think the avg age of the team from 85-89 was like 23 yo.

When we traded Clark for Sundin he was like 26, put into perspective, he was roughly the same age Kulemin is now....err I mean grabovski....and he was 27.

I never bothered to weigh in on Detroit's drafting record, but let me just say this:

If the scouts knew that Zetterberg, Datsyuk and Lidstrom were going to be even half as good as they turned out to be, they wouldn't have waited until picks number 210, 171 and 53 to take them.

I believe Corson slept with Mogilny's wife and then got benched by Quinn because of it.

I could be wrong. It was so long ago, and I was young.

and Corson's sister loved the Tucker schlong so much she married it

Do you think they will want Getzlaf fighting? or Staal? or Nash? or Parise? or....ANYONE ON THE FIRST LINE?

I think if we are going to contend then we should target Kessel as a 2nd line RW. Ideally, we pick up Getzlaf, and sign Parise as a FA.

The guy is a winner. Even if he only ever won the one cup(and early on), he has an unparalleled work ethic. I don't mind if he divides the dressing room, so long as his side wins out. I wish we had him with the Leafs, helping to train the guys. Wouldn't have to worry about Schenn's skating, or Kessel and Kadri's strength.


on that note... think the Leafs are gonna get Schenn to work with a team of skating coaches this offseason?
