Not trolling here...I am sick of waiting for Berger to write a new blog and don't care about how he copes with sonic booms and earth quakes at his in-laws place in SoCal.

Do you really think that shaking up the roster to send a message with these guys is the way to go? Why not put a real shot across the bow with Kovalev or Plekanec? Everyone would get that message loud and clear that the effort level has to be increased...I've written here before that I think that the Habs are a great team, but they buy into the hype and top-down don't feel they need to work to achieve the predictions. What do you think?

Your not trolling at all...

You can probably do that with Plek, but with kovy he would turtle for the rest of the season, then you couldn't even trade him.

I'm not sure we keep kovy on next yr. Let's invest the money we were going to pay Lang and Kovy somewhere else, like J Bo + resigning Komi

Wow, it didn't take Carbo long to take away the scoring winger from Koivu that Gainey went out and got for him. I realize D'Agostini played when Tanguay was hurt, but if he's healthy enough, he's a far more lethal option on the #1 line than D'Agostini is, imho.

True, but I wouldn't count on the practise lines to be the ones used during the game or if so maybe past the first few shifts to see how Atlanta defends. Coaches routinely set up lines based on what the other team might do, this could be the case of Carbo planning for Atlanta.

I think the only thing he does well, is his first pass out of the zone. That's it. Nothing else.

Even then sometimes he tries for the homerun pass, and turns it over badly!

Admit it though, Grabovski's 10 goals would be okay considering what his Belarussian brother's are doing this year...
