Basically the guy had front row tickets with his son, for a game on febuary 3rd of last year. Francis Bouillon broke the glass in front of them with strong shot, and he is sueing the Montreal Canadiens for 53 000$ because he and his son are still traumatized by the event, and are still having nightmares at night.

This guy should be forced to watch Toronto FC matches while listening to recordings of Sean Avery talking until he admits he witnessed a great spectacle and apologizes.

Isn't there a disclaimer on the back of a ticket that cover exactly these type of situations? Where's the negligence on the part of the org? I bet it's over turned on appeal. Most cases like this are.
