With the acquisition of Luca Sbisa in this morning's Ryan Kesler trade, Vancouver was definitely in a position to ship out a defender; they've done exactly that here. In addition, they've taken ownership of yet another relatively high draft pick.
Canucks now have 4 of the top 50 picks in this draft.. that's 6, 24,36 and 50.. at this moment at least.
