Sabres and Islanders, Once Both Sellers, Leading for Duchene;Mon's Buzzcast

so far I've updated Duchene, JVR, Trouba, Landeskog, Shattenkirk, Franson, Doan, and Bishop on the Rumor Chart...Click Here..

Now that the All-Star weekend is in our rear view mirror the next major date in the NHL season is only a little over a month away. The Trade Deadline is now firmly in focus....and with it are coming a slew of rumors...and some really early surprises...

Like the two teams who I am hearing are making the biggest push for Matt Duchene....Traditionally the teams who make the biggest deadline splashes are the teams leading in the standings...but I have learned that when a player of Duchene's talent, who isn't a rental, hits the market almost every team is interested...

The two teams who are most out front on this are Buffalo and the NY Islanders...The Canadiens are also in there, and so are the Blue Jackets...
