Los Angeles Kings prospect Samuel Fagemo is yet another player who will be starting the 2020-21 season in Europe, after being loaned to Södertälje SK in Sweden.

Fagemo was a second-round pick in last year’s NHL draft and had 12 goals and 22 points in 42 games in the SHL this season. This news comes just after we learned that fellow Kings prospect Johan Sodergran would be starting the season in Sweden, while Tobias Bjornfot was also loaned a few weeks ago.

We can likely expect the loans to keep coming, as NHL teams look to get their players back into game action as soon as possible.
