Per reports, last night Slava Voynov was taken back into custudy by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, who apparently view him as a risk. It sounds like his best path to freedom now may be leaving the country on a permanent basis. So this means the NHL may be off the hook when it comes to having to make a decision on whether or not to re-instate Voynov.
