This game actually worries me as the Flyers are the worst for playing down to the competition they face. Flyers -218 but you can parlay this game with many others tonight.
Vegas flew into Toronto 3 days ago to acclimatize to the east coast time zone. The Leafs are on a 5 game homestand, while Vegas starts 4 games in 6 nights on the road. Leafs -173.
The Habs are off a 4 game west coast roadie against the upstart the Wings. Montreal starts a 5 game homestand, but a tough spot for this struggling team.
The Jets are off a quick 3 game Cali roadie, winning 2 of 3, while grabbing 5 of 6 points. Winnipeg gets Mark Schiefele back in the line up too. They start a 6 game homestand against a very overrated Dallas team. The Stars have gone under the total on all 8 games so far this season, while the Jets are over the total on their 3 home games this year.
Ottawa is playing back to back on consecutive nights as Minnesota sat rested last night when the Sens playing in Chicago. Ottawa is 0-7-1 under the total on the season, combined these 2 teams are 12 of 15 under the total this season. Keep in mind this will be the only game the Wild will play between this past Saturday and this coming Saturday! Talk about a rested squad, Wild -185 is juicy!
The Preds start a 6 game roadie while Calgary is hot winning 6 in a row, in the midst of a 5 game homestand before hitting the road for 7 games. Flames -144 is a nice price. But it scares me, it looks good to be true, as Flames allowed 7 goals during the 6 game winning streak but only a small fav at home.
I am at a total loss with the Canucks to start the year. Vancouver has lost the first 3 games of their 7 game homestand and the NYR come town playing very well. You gotta hope they catch the Rangers in a good spot tonight at even money. NYR 5-1 on the road, Canucks 0-3 at home, plus 13 of 16 games combined have gone under the total for these 2 teams this season.
NJ at Anaheim, no lean for me, both teams are inconsistent and not worth wagering on. But, 10 of 15 games combined between these 2 teams have gone over the total this season, something to consider if playing the total.
Buffalo has been red hot and SJ is depleted with 7 regulars out because of the covid protocol. Sharks playing 5 straight at home, then back out on the road for 5 straight. The Sabres are 4-1 with Craig Anderson in goal this season and he's expected to start tonight. Either play Buffalo due to depleted SJ line-up or no play for me.
