I talked to a good source in Montreal today who really believes Galchenyuk has a better than even chance of starting the season elsewhere. The Blues are apparently making the biggest push for Galchenyuk(e4). The Devils and Rangers are also very interested.
On Anisimov...
The Montreal Canadiens are now the front runner for Anisimov...I am NOT hearing Galchenyuk will be traded for Anisimov...so there are definitely other teams involved...
On Jonathan Drouin...
Drouin appears to be VERY much on the radar of the Flyers. (e4) The Flyers could offer up the best package and include a stud young d man...which Tampa is requiring... Colorado and Nashville are also in the running.. It really looks like Drouin will NOT be a member of the Lightning...
On Alzner...
Vegas will definitely use their "early signing" period and try to lure Alzner....Unless Toronto makes a side deal and can sign him instead...There are more and more people I talk to that feel the Leafs are working hard to get this player...
