CBJ G55 @ Anaheim Ducks (Blue Jackets)

The Columbus Blue Jackets are concluding their Pacific trips with a collision with the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim at the Honda Center.

Columbus is coming off a 5-1 stinker to the Kings with the highlight reel goal from Quinton Byfield and two goals from former Blue Jackets’ top draft pick Pierre-Luc Dubois.

The Ducks are coming off an Atlantic Division trip with a win against the Sabres. A win for the home team will tie them with the road team in the overall league standings.

Trevor Zegras could be on the move with the chance to reunite with Jamie Drysdale and Philadelphia or a swap for Kappo Kakko and the Rangers being openly discussed. Would hate to see this happen to a team in the Metro with the chance of them getting offensively better. The Ducks are also getting calls on veterans John Gibson, Adam Henrique, and Frank Vatrano. It is a fire sale under the Pat Verbeek era.

The Ducks are grinding through with enforcers Radko Gudas and Ross Johnston standing up for the youngsters.

Daniil Tarasov v John Gibson.
