Carrick is 26 years old and has played seven career NHL games. He spent the majority of the 2019-20 season with the AHL’s San Jose Barracuda, where he scored 10 goals and 23 points in 48 games.
Kopacka was selected by the Ducks in the fourth round of the 2016 NHL Draft but has yet to play an NHL game. The 22-year-old forward had seven goals and 15 points in 37 AHL games with the San Diego Gulls last season. Kopacka was traded to the Ottawa Senators, after being acquired by the Sharks.
