On this night, the rookie GM gets to flex his muscles. I like Murray to pull off a major trade or two on the draft floor tonight.

Murray says he's not looking to trade any of his players, however, if the right deal presents itself, he'll no doubt be giving it the eagle eye and serious consideration. Unlike Darcy Regier, Murray will make a big, bold, brash move or two if it means bettering the Buffalo Sabres in the short and long term.

Who will Tim Murray and Kevin Devine select with the 2nd overall pick? I like Sam Bennett.
Murray will have three, second round picks on Saturday.
Will Tyler Myers and or Christian Ehrhoff be traded tonight? Ther are reports that the two Sabres D are being looked at by several NHL teams. Detroit, Edmonton, and Vancouver are said to be watching Myers. Ehrhoff is getting looks from Florida, Edmonton, Detroit and Boston.
