Martin Brodeur To Debut Tonight Against Nashville/Lindbohm Recalled (Blues)

The St. Louis Blues are in Tennessee to take on the Nashville Predators tonight, and the newest Blues goalie, Martin Brodeur will debut tonight.

The Blues are coming off a 4-1 loss to the Chicago Blackhawks last night in which they blew up in the third period.

Despite going into the third period tied at one, thanks to Marcus Kruger and Ian Cole, it didn't take Chicago long to break things open. Kris Versteeg scored just a minute into the third, then Patrick Kane answered twice to give the Hawks a 4-1 win.

Now the Note are set to take in Pekka Rinne and the Predators while they "break in" a new netminder. We saw Brodeur in a Blues Jersey last night during warm ups last night, but he'll see game action tonight, just two days after signing a one year deal with the Blues.

The Blues may have another newer face in the line up as well, as the Blues have recalled defensemen Petteri Lindbohm from the Chicago Wolves.

Jay Bouwmeester will continue to miss time due to a groin injury which ended his iron man streak over a week ago.

Both Joakim Lindstrom and Magnus Paajarvi were healthy scratches last game against the Blackhawks, don't be surprised to see Lindstrom return to the line up tonight..
