And only 46 of those 75 games in the AHL, has determined he will not play for the NY Islanders AHL affiliate next season. If he can't get an NHL contract, he will return to Europe.
Perhaps someone needs to tell him the story of Sean Bergenheim and what happened to him using the same method of advancement in the NHL.
