Definitely two of my favorite days of the year are the days I launch the Trade Deadline Rumor Chart and the UFA/Draft Day Trade Rumor Charts...

Today I just launched the UFA/Draft Day Trade Rumor Chart with 23 Players to start and of course many more to be added (and of course adjusted) as we get closer to the Draft and the opening of UFA Season. Over the last several years the Draft has taken over as a HUGE day for player movement and those of you who love rumors....this is YOUR time.
The way the Rumor Chart works is a little different. On Hockeybuzz, in my blogs, I report on strictly what I hear. I don't editorialize or self-censor rumors that I hear. We all know the Salary Cap situations and we all know how individual players and teams are working in literally hundreds of different ways with just as many agendas. Rumors are rumors and no, I don't charge for rumors...
The Chart is a different animal. The Rumor Chart is my opinion as to where I feel these guys will go based on my discussions. So my educated speculation I guess you could say. I am told some stuff "off the record" and I can't write it...but I can make it part of my educated guess...that sort of stuff happens a lot on the Chart...
